In our framework, we have identified the three primary components of what it means to flourish and have consolidated these components into the Three Pillars of Flourishing:
Personal strengths: Personal perception and inner strengths
Environmental strengths: Environmental influences and relational supports
Performance strengths: Performance soft skills and character strengths
These three pillars give an accurate representation of an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and potential, which we describe as their “Flourishing Capacity.”
One of the primary components of the Flourishing Life offering is the Flourishing Life Questionnaire (FLQ), which provides the opportunity to measure the flourishing capacity of an individual through the use of a proprietary online assessment.
The FLQ is a self-report questionnaire that provides an individualized flourishing profile for every participant, outlining their unique perspective and understanding of the various factors and sub-factor strengths as identified in our framework. The other main component of the Flourishing Life offering is their Online Assessment platform which is housed on a secured cloud-based system that offers a suite of services that highlights the required insights at an individual and aggregated level so educators can strategize and allocate their resources and educational practices in efficient and effective ways.
